China Starts Recall Mazda3 54,641 Units
Beijing-Mazda began to pull back (recall) 54,641 units Mazda3 (Axela in Japan called) in China, Friday (16 / 4), due to problems on the oil hose.

Goods Quality Supervision Agency of China, AQSIQ, said that Mazda Motor has requested two affiliated companies in China to improve the car’s car.

According to Mazda, the recall was done because the oil hose and radiator panels are placed too close, so that when the friction comes, it can cause oil leakage.

This recall covers 10,346 units of production between 12 Febaruari Mazda3 2008 and March 31, 2009 that 44,295 units were imported and assembled in China between 29 November 2006 and October 30, 2009. Chang’an Ford and FAW Mazda Mazda3 oil hose will fix it for free.
